Doreen Virtue may have stopped walking this path and converted to Christianity, but it doesn’t mean you have to abandon your oracle cards, astrology charts or crystals and meditations. The path is an individual one and we can change our outlook many times.
I’ll admit I was a bit taken aback when I heard the news that Doreen Virtue had effectively walked away from a lifetime of angelic and mystical work. Well, I know it’s a little more complicated than that, but now, as I understand, it’s God, Jesus and Angels = good, everything else = bad/invalid. Even Ascended Masters have been questioned.
I immediately felt a little weird- like has she been a fraud this entire time, trying to just make money by selling something that she doesn’t believe in? Has she betrayed the spiritual community? Why Jesus? And why now? Of course, I calmed down afterwards. She hasn’t betrayed anyone and is entitled to follow her own path, change her outlook, as we all are.
The fact that she no longer endorses this work, doesn’t mean it is invalid, incorrect or suggestive that we should all convert without question. It’s her calling now and I hope she finds what she is looking for.
The revelations from Doreen Virtue gave me a moment to ‘check myself’ for where I am on my path. I thought about my own work, my development and my own learning about Christ energy- which is entwined into my healing work (I believe). I am referring to Christ Conscious energy and not specifically Jesus.
According to my guides, Christ Consciousness is a wavelength of energy relating to the ‘dimension of 33’, not necessarily the 33rd Dimension. This energy of pure and divine enlightening energy is galactic. It is said to cover the earth planes as a Christ Consciousness grid that is similar to our Mer-Ka-Ba field- only for the Earth (Gaia). People connect into this energy to help with the healing of the planet and its inhabitants.
I believe that Christ is a title afforded to great souls, such as Jesus. The energy has come to the earth many times before it came through Jesus, for example, Akhenaten, who died in 1332 B.C. may have been another Christ energy experience in ancient Egypt. I agree with people that say the true healing originates from Christ- I just disagree that ‘Christ’ is only Jesus, as we can all connect to Christ Consciousness and heal through the ‘Christ’ connection in all of us (the divine and enlightened loving heart space).
As part of my journey into this cosmic mystery that we call a spiritual path, I have had encounters with beings identifying as both Akhenaten and Jesus. Both have revealed secrets of the great light and both have urged the importance of living through the enlightened heart consciousness (i.e. Christ Consciousness). At no point have I been encouraged to give up my work and convert to any organised religion. in fact, the opposite.
That doesn’t mean that Doreen Virtue is wrong, or that converting to Christianity is the wrong thing to do. It doesn’t mean that I am right either. For me, it’s not about being right or wrong, it’s about being in our truth. Truth can appear differently to people.
I believe we are all interpreting energy (whether we class ourselves as mediums or not) and trying to translate that into our own languages. If you are guided to follow, then do so. Trust in your ever-awakening heart for the answers you seek.
I just wanted to put it out there that the calling of Christ is not always a call to Christianity. Our world has been busy reshaping itself, it may seem a little crazy, so keep your little spark inside your heart well lit.
Injoy, inlight and inlove
