Alternatively, payments can be made via BACS online, or cash. Deposits must have been received beforehand to secure the booking.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Cancellations should be made at least 48hrs in advance.
• A non-refundable deposit ( normally half the fee) will be taken in advance. This can be paid for either by cash, bank transfer or Paypal)
• Refunds will only be given at my discretion, less the deposit.
• Appointments can only be moved to another date twice. Upon rearranging a third time, the full amount in cleared funds becomes payable at least 24 hours before the appointment is to take place.
• Clients failing to show up for appointments with no prior warning will not be able to re-book unless they pay the full amount of the treatment up front.
