The penultimate day of my treatment was a reiki session focused on the third eye or brow chakra.
This chakra relates to psychic power, inner vision and intelligence.
The brow chakra is located between the eyes. It is directly related to your senses of sight and hearing and deals with perception. It affects how we understand and see the world that we live in. It is linked to how we make sense of what we perceive. When the third eye chakra is balanced, it can help eliminate confusion or indecision, plus increase the ability to see clearly and make important distinctions.
Your Third eye chakra may be unbalanced if:
- You are constantly jumping to conclusions
- You are Confused
- You often can’t see the “bigger picture” in life situations
- You are very indecisive
As Indigo is the colour associated with the third eye, the following crystals are good to work with:
- Amethyst
- Azurite
- Indigo
- Lavender Jade
- Sapphire
- Sodalite
as well as non-indigo crystals:
- Moonstone
- Serephinite
- Turquoise (especially if you’re a Sagittarius, it’s a birthstone)
- Quartz
I felt very different about my place in the universe after this treatment. Certain things seemed to slot into place.
One more to go, it’s been quite a ride so far 🙂
