Day one: Root Chakra #7for7ReikiTreatment

Today, I started my own 7for7 Reiki treatment, focusing on a different Chakra each day 🙂

I began at the bottom with my Root Chakra (The Muladhara)

A rich red in colour. reflecting primal need, the Root Chakra is associated with the perineum and the nose.

Just for today, I know who I am and what I need to survive.
